- Covers how the job was done: seams, hangers, pitch and fastening.
- Gutters, guards and other products also carry their manufacturer's material warranty.
- Your length and terms are written on your estimate and invoice.
Two kinds of coverage
Most installations carry two warranties. The workmanship warranty covers how the job was done: seams, hangers, pitch and fastening. The manufacturer's material warranty covers the product itself, such as the finish on aluminum gutters or a gutter guard.
Where to find your terms
The length and terms of your coverage are written on your estimate and invoice, because they depend on the product and the job. If you cannot find your paperwork, include your address and the year of the job in the request and the team will look it up.
What usually is not covered
- Clogs from leaves and debris, which are routine maintenance
- Damage from falling limbs, ladders or storms
- Changes made by someone else after the installation
- Work New Jersey Gutter did not install
What happens after you send a request

- It contacts you by phone or email to set a visit
- A technician inspects the problem and explains what the warranty covers before any work
